NOSU RAMEN

When Noah Heaney and Brandon Bortles first met as owners of Abejas and of Miners Saloon- they agreed that Golden is a great place to live and own businesses. They joked that they should team up and change the food scene here. That time has come, and Nosu Ramen is the fruition of what at the time was a joking aspiration. With a culinary team obsessed with Japanese Ramen- we are excited to give Golden a dining option it has never seen. We want to create a restaurant that is playful, comfortable for all and at an affordable price.
