When Brandon Bortles and Noah Heaney first crossed paths as the brains behind Abejas and Miners Saloon, they instantly agreed: Golden's a killer place to live and work—but the food scene? It needed a shake-up. What started as a joke turned into reality with Nosu Ramen. Despite the worst restaurant launch date ever (hello, February 2020), this little spot has quickly become a beloved Golden staple. Today, Nosu is Golden's go-to for Japanese-inspired ramen with a twist—bold flavors, good vibes, and prices that won't make your wallet cry. We're not just serving food; we're serving care and attention in a bowl.

When is Happy Hour?

Happy Hour is daily from 5 to 6 PM. Enjoy half-priced small plates and discounted drinks, including cocktails, sake, wine, and draft beer—perfect for a casual bite or a relaxed drink after work.

Do we take reservations?

We don't take advanced reservations since we're a small spot that gets busiest between 5:30 and 6:30 PM. For a better chance to grab a table, try stopping by during Happy Hour starting at 5:00 PM!

Do we have a children's menu?

We offer several small plates perfect for kids, along with simplified ramen and rice bowls. Just ask your server for details!

Do we deliver / offer take out?

Takeout orders can be placed right here on our website through Toast. You can also find us on your favorite delivery apps and have noodles delivered straight to your door.

Do we have vegetarian and gluten free options?

Nosu is proud to offer many delicious vegetarian options, with plenty that can be made vegan. We also have gluten-free noodles available and a selection of dishes suitable for those with celiac needs.

Where do we park?

There's street parking available throughout the area, plus two city parking garages located just one block away on Jackson Street.

Is there outside seating?

Nosu offers pet-friendly outdoor seating from May through November, with beautiful views of Coors Brewery, South Table Mountain, and Lookout Mountain framing our patio.
